Chad Joseph Crooks passed away in a tragic car acident.Along with his brothers

Fat Jesse Moureau and Rudy Dixon.Chad lead a good life with lots of friends and family who loved him so Dearly.Chad was a loving caring person who always ways willing to lend a hand to anyone who needed it. When Chad was around it was nothing but fun times. He had a good way to make us laugh  and show us how to have a good time.Everyone who knew Him will always Remember the friend,Brother,son.uncle,That tryed his best to to be all could be for all.

Sadly Chad has passed away, But His memories and love he left behind will be forever with us.Have a safe trip Chad we will never forget you.And as we look up. You will be there watching down with a smile.
